Mother to Son

A Legacy of Love and Dedication

The Founding of Caring Angels
Lenise Gibson founded Caring Angels in 2003, driven by her personal experience caring for her grandmother. She wanted to create a space that provided compassionate, family-like care for seniors—something she felt was missing in the industry. Lenise's vision was deeply personal, rooted in her frustration with the lack of thoughtful, affordable care options for her grandmother.
Lenise's Passing and Will's Continuation of the Legacy
After Lenise passed away in 2015, her son Will Gibson took over ownership and operations. For Will, this wasn’t just a business—it was his way of honoring his mother’s legacy and continuing the values she instilled in Caring Angels. The care home became a living testament to Lenise’s passion for providing dignity, comfort, and connection to seniors in need.

Meet Will

Will has remained committed to his mother’s dream, ensuring that Caring Angels maintains the warmth, compassion, and family-oriented atmosphere that Lenise envisioned. Under his leadership, Caring Angels has grown while staying true to Lenise’s original vision. It’s more than just a care home for him. It’s a way to make his mom proud and provide a meaningful impact on the lives of families and seniors.
